My kitchen journey began in the fire of central London's high-volume kitchens. As a restaurant manager amidst the chaos of service, I quickly learned that a chef's best friend isn't just a sharp knife—it's every tool and machine that keeps the kitchen running.


From robust industrial food processors that could churn out enough chopped vegetables for the busy days service to the delicate sensors of a bain marie, responsible to hold food at food-safe temperatures, I've worked with them all. I've felt the thrill of unboxing shiny new equipment and the satisfaction of coaxing one more service out of an appliance that's seen better days.

Buying the right appliance is like casting the right actor for a play—it can make or break the show. I've spent countless hours comparing specs, prices, and reliability to ensure we had the best fit for the kitchen's needs.
